Why are we so outspoken about our Catholic faith? It's because we are in love with our faith and want to share that love!
We want to reassure our supporters that when they choose to buy from us, their money will not be funneled into anti-Catholic efforts. Unfortunately, many businesses today support causes that stand in opposition to Catholic teachings.
When you shop with us you are supporting a large family (not a large corporation) that lives and believes in the same values as your family. You're also supporting a small family apostolate that donates a percentage of its earnings towards pro-life and pro-Catholic organizations.

About Us
MerSea Designs started in the water-logged mind of self-proclaimed mermaid Christina Chidley. Surfing, swimming, sailing, if there was a body of water nearby, she was likely to be found in it! That’s where the “mer” and the “sea” of the name come from; her love of the ocean.
Christina is also a convert to the Catholic faith and “mer-sea” has taken on a different meaning. She has experienced God’s mercy throughout her life - on numerous occasions.
In 1999 after watching the movie “Ocean of Mercy - Three Lives, One Vision, No Limits” everything changed for her. This was her introduction to the devotion of the Divine Mercy, and her life hasn’t been the same since. She experiences and recognizes God’s mercy in her life, sometimes daily.
Christina doesn’t get out on the water as much as she used to. These days find her landlocked tending to the needs of her growing family, teaching catechism classes for a small private school, and designing for you.
